[Everything's back to normal now. No weird age changes, he's not stuck in some girl's body, and he managed to make it through the past two days without finding himself trapped in someone else's body! All in all, an interesting week. But today something odd is going on--today, there are plenty more people than he's seen on this boat before.]

So where are all these new passengers coming from? There's a lot more than usual. And I thought I saw...

[He trails off. He was fairly sure he'd seen someone who looked just like the girl he'd met at the masquerade... but she'd been -different-, too. It was almost like there were -copies- of people here, too.]

[That's where Riku's going to be spending most of his day, but it's not the only place you'll find him. Riku's working on that treehouse again, and so he needs tools. He'll be rummaging through the luggage on deck 12 for nails and a hammer and all sorts of fun things, he'll be outside the forest on deck 3 to take a swim, and later on, he'll be in the caverns, not for any real purpose but instead just to think.

You'll find him anywhere, all over the ship today, so feel free to run into him anywhere!]

[Never has Riku hated Redd more than he does right now. He has his wooden sword on him, but it's pretty obvious that's not going to be of much help now. His fingers twitch by his side, but he can't summon Soul Eater here, he knows, he's tried--

Wait. Something solidifies in his hand, and for an instant Riku can hardly believe it--he knows what it has to be, -feels- the familiarity of the weight, but he still has to look down to confirm the fact that Soul Eater is in his hand.]

[Only then the reality sets in, and Riku looks back up to Axel, the biggest smirk ever coming across his face. He has a weapon now. He has a weapon and he can fight. This might just be the best day he's had since getting here!]

[Riku reads it, but sorry dude, he's not going to say it aloud. He looks back to the odd person-thing.]

Riku scowls at the mention of his height, before shaking his head at Tidus. Time to set him straight.]

That's because I'm not from the same time as you are. This place brings people from different times as well as different places. You're from a year later than I am--the last time I saw you wasn't that long ago. I was kicking your butt on the islands.

[But having his sword back is enough to unlock something in his mind, enough to boost his confidence several notches. Riku drives upward, knocking the chakram away from his head as he twists, reversing the sword to come down and slash horizontally at Axel.]

Riku cuts himself off as the voice, -his- voice, even older he'd recognize it anywhere, comes from his side. Riku turns, his mind already racing to catch up with this new development, and there is someone who looks just like him stepping out of the shadows.

Someon--no, with everything that's been going on, it probably -is- him.
