If it were Sora, it would be simple: 'Well, it's not like you haven't done that before, you blockhead!' and they would both laugh and the moment would be over.
But again, that's a no go because this definitely isn't Sora and Xanth is still waiting for an answer. So after that initial moment of surprise, Riku hesitates for only a moment. Looking to one side as he responds, his somewhat-sardonic, half-muttered response is a far cry from the merciless teasing of just a couple minutes ago.]
